Angelo Caputo's Fresh Markets seeks a Grocery Store Director for our retail grocery operation.

Store Director Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and manage store operations to promote and maximize sales, profit margins, and achieve labor goals. Demonstrate a love for food while creating an excellent customer experience by maintaining a friendly, safe and clean environment.

Prerequisites:

- Requires a minimum of 5 years successful grocery store management and supervision experience.

- Requires leadership skills to lead and coach personnel

- Requires significant experience in managing store operations P&L, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Requires a willingness to work flexible hours to meet the business' needs.

- Requires strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Norridge, IL 60706: Relocate before starting work (Required)
