Angelic Steps Therapy is Hiring a BCBA Near Davie, FL
Angelic Steps Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our state of the art 4000 sq ft center in Davie, FL!
An ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, hardworking, and a team player. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in leadership roles as well as those who have supervised Fieldwork Supervision hours. Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising and training staff
- Providing support to other BCBAs
- Facilitating bi-weekly parent trainings
- Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans with socially significant goals that are individualized to meet the needs of clients
- Making data-driven treatment decisions
- Designing and implement effective, behavior change programs
- Updating client goals and treatment plans
- Providing Fieldwork Supervisees with well-rounded, enriching supervision experiences
- Other duties as specified
Required Qualifications Include:
- A BCBA certificate in good standing
- Master's degree of higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
