The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) works as part of an inter-disciplinary team to provide care to hospice patients. Hospice patients are those with a life-limiting illness and are in need of compassionate care by a CNA for assistance with activities of daily living.

What you'll be doing as a CNA:

CNAs provide personal care to patients which includes bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, preparing meals, light housekeeping, and other services while a patient is on hospice service.

What we're looking for:

Individuals seeking employment must have a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in South Carolina and must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle and drug screening. CNAs with hospice experience are preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling, kneeling, squatting, reaching, twisting. Also required is driving, writing, speaking, relating to others, making independent decisions, listening and finger dexterity, and the ability to lift and carry.
