Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Duties: - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation and laundry - Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records - Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality - Provide specialized care such as catheter care, hospice care, and senior care as needed - Lift and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics and equipment Skills: - Previous experience in caregiving or patient care preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices - Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision - Physical stamina and strength to perform lifting and transferring tasks Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
