Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our outpatient physical therapy services, increase brand awareness, and drive patient engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• This is a field-based role involving engaging potential referral sources in their office. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote outpatient physical therapy services and programs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competition in the local area.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital content, and social media posts.
• Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, to increase visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with patient care goals and business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate community outreach events, workshops, and seminars to educate the public about the benefits of physical therapy.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing to enhance our competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Coachable, adaptable, professional and positive personality.
• Pursuing a degree in marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Passion for healthcare marketing, preferably in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.Consider adding willingness to learn digital marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
• Experience with patient relationship management (PRM) software is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
