We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Home Health Sales/Marketing Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, establishing and nurturing relationships with referral sources, and driving business growth in the Broward and Palm Beach area.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources.

- Conduct presentations and meetings to educate referral sources about our services and offerings.

- Participate in community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

- Ambitious and goal-driven individual with a strong desire to contribute to company growth.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

- Charming, outgoing, and socially adept with a passion for networking and relationship-building.

- Minimum of high school diploma required; some college coursework or background in sales/marketing preferred.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the Broward and Palm Beach area.
