Role Overview:

Established Restaurant Group seeks an experienced and dynamic General Manager for our new Supper Club Concept in Germantown, WI. This role is crucial in bringing the vision of an innovative and welcoming supper club to life. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day operations but will also play a pivotal role in concept development, customer experience design, and the creation of an exceptional beverage and wine program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to refine and implement the vision for the supper club. Assist the development of the venue’s aesthetic and operational blueprint.
• Pre-Opening Duties: Oversee the setup of the restaurant, from interior design coordination and vendor relations to equipment procurement and staff recruitment. Lead the training and development of all staff to ensure seamless operations from day one.
• Operational Management: Manage all restaurant activities to ensure high standards of customer service and efficiency. Handle daily management tasks including scheduling, inventory control, budgeting and forecasting .
• Customer Experience Design: Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience, focusing on service delivery and unique dining features. Monitor guest feedback and make adjustments to operations and service to exceed customer expectations.

• Beverage and Wine Program Development: Curate a distinctive beverage selection tailored to the theme and clientele of the supper club. Work with leadership and beverage distributors to create a compelling and profitable wine and drink menu.

• General Duties: Maintain high standards of health and safety in compliance with regulatory agencies. Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining or supper club setting.
• Demonstrated ability in team management, strategic planning, and exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, motivational, and results-driven approach.
• Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in food, beverages, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and capability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Desired Experience:

• Opening a new restaurant or bar, including staff training and operations setup.
• Experience in Multi-Venue Management or High Volume Environments:
• Experience in multi-venue management or high volume environments to ensure candidates are prepared for the complexity of overseeing multiple locations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Effectively manage and coordinate operations across different venues within the organization.
• Developing unique dining concepts and customer engagement strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of wine and beverage pairing and menu design.
• Strong mentorship capacities.
• Budget, forecasting experience is a must.
