? Responsible for organizing outreach programs and developing meaningful partnerships within the community
Plans for all event needs and serves as the company?s brand ambassador
? Organizing informational lunches throughout the year
? Implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness in partnership with the Administrative Officer and IT
? Perform routine maintenance of website, social media, and business accounts to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
? Maintains the inventory and display of printed materials throughout the offices in the content of new patient folders, new hire packets, etc.
? Responsible to work collaboratively with others (internally and externally) to achieve common objectives, goals and results.
? Provide assistance to create and maintain all company graphics including minor edits and work from templates
? Send acknowledgement cards to referrals mentioned in patient registration forms
? Partner with the Administrative Officer (AO) and CBO Manager the on execution of strategic OBGYN partnerships for patient refferals
? Plan, conduct and grow New Baby Seminar with Providers to educate expecting mothers
? Conduct bi-weekly meetings with AO and CBO Manager for updates on all projects and needs
? Create content for monthly patient Newsletters
? Maintain R&R program
Qualifications:
? Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
? Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Lighthouse
? Ability to work in a team environment
? Demonstrates ability to communicate well with the general public; ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, vendors and co-workers

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional medical office environment. This job also operates in a fast paced, highly customer service environment, working with Children and Family/ Guardian?s. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones as well as medical equipment.
