Angel Home Health LLC is Hiring a LVN Near Costa, CA

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Perform basic medical procedures such as wound care, disease process teaching, and medication administration.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the coordination of patient follow-up care.

Qualifications:

- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience working with electronic health record systems such as Kinnser.
- Proficiency in airway management techniques and emergency response protocols.
- Familiarity with home health skilled nurse care principles and practices.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures to prevent the spread of diseases.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Note: Additional qualifications may be required based on specific job requirements or employer preferences.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
