Angel Care is looking to add COMPASSIONATE & DEDICATED Caregivers to our Flathead Valley team. We have day shifts M-F available. We have PT or FT hours available and can work within your availability. Angel Care offers several benefits to FT employees. This position requires you to travel in between client homes in Kalispell & Bigfork areas.

In Home Caregivers: $17-18.50/hour

REQUIREMENT: Only apply if you have a reliable vehicle, Drivers License, Registration and Insurance. PCA/CNA Certifications are great but we will provide PCA Certifications and train the right person with compassion to serve your local communities Veterans, Senior/Elders and Disabled.

Basic Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Prepare and serve meals to residents, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up common areas
- Support residents in engaging in social activities and maintaining social connections
- Adhere to resident rights and ensure their privacy and confidentiality
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for residents

Requirements:
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification (Angel Care will certify)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required for the position)
- Experience in childcare, family caregiving, elder care or social work is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with client, their families, and other staff members
- Strong organizational skills to manage medication reminder and meal preparation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
