Class A drivers with 3 months experience dedicated regional – home weekly - $6K Sign On with $1800/WK guarantee and fleet average of $2100/WK. The top 5% of drivers earn $3200/WK.

After training, which is 5 days and pays $150/Load, driver should expect to earn $2100/WK.

Details on the job are as follows:

• $.55-$.65CPM with $30/Stop and $200/Trailer Unload Pay

• Drivers average 3-4 trailers per week with each trailer averaging 3 stops.

• Drivers paid all miles loaded and empty

• Drivers average 1500 miles per week

• Fleet average is $100-$170K/Yr

• $6k Sign on Bonus

• $1000 at 1 Month

• $2000 1t 3 months

• $3000 at 6 Months

• Home weekly for 34 hour reset – try and make it the weekend – or one day during the weekend

• Dedicated Regional running IN, OH, MI and IL.

• Drivers can have a rider, dog or cat from day one after training. Rider must be 10 years old or older and can have one dog or one cat and not exceed 80LBS

• Full benefits start after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401K and one week PTO after 1st year, 2 weeks PTO after 3 years and college tuition reimbursement program for 2 members of immediate family of driver.

Qualifications:

• 3 Months OTR or Regional in the last 36 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months
• No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years
• No more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years (may NOT have an accident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years
• For major moving violations (15 , following too close, reckless/careless) no more than one in the last 12 months

• Max number of jobs based on experience:

• 6-12 months no more than 5 jobs in the last 36 months
• 12-24 months no more than 7 jobs in the last 36 months
• 24 no more than 9 jobs in the last 36 months
