• Drivers get 34-48 hours at home for reset and through the house during the week depending on where driver lives and delivery schedule – home time is flexible to driver requests.

• All freight is no touch with 70% drop n hook and the rest live load

• Drivers average $1100-$1500 /WK based upon how often want to get home and how hard they run. Top drivers average $1550 /WK and are home weekly

• Pets are allowed from day one and riders allowed after 30 days

• Running area is FL, GA, SC, NC, Central VA and eastern TN

• Health, vision insurance start after 30 days and 401K starts after 90 days and PTO

Requirements

Class A drivers 21 years old with at least 1 year Class A driving experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5

No more than 3 non-major moving violations in the last three years and no more than 4 in the last 5 years

No DOT Recordable accidents in the last 5 years and no more than 2 preventable incidents/accidents in the last 3 years and no more than 4 in the last 5 years

Can not have any major moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 1 in the last 5 years, these include

• Prohibited use of a handheld device while driving a CMV

• Making improper or erratic lane changes

• Following the vehicle ahead too closely

• 15 mph above the posted limit

• Speeding in school/work zone

• No Reckless Driving in the last 5 years

While no specific max number of jobs in the last 3 years anything over 5 will be reviewed very closely. Looking for drivers for the long term so we try and avoid job hoppers

Can have a maximum of one DUI in a lifetime (never in a CMV – do not take SAP for this account), must be in PMV and must be over 8 years old
