Class A Drivers with 6 Months experience needed for Intermodal position that is home every day working Thursday – Sunday. 100% no touch with average pay of $72-$85K.

Pay breaks down as follows. Also please note, if you do not have a hazmat and tanker you will be given 60 days to get it and you will be reimbursed.

Following is pay breakdown:

• Starting CPM is $.42CPM on 1100 miles with the following

o Drivers will increase a .02CPM raise to a cap of .52

o Paid $38/Drop n Hook with average of 15-20 per week

o $51/Live Unload

o $25/Hazmat load and this paid on top of all other load pay

o $20/Hr rail delay after one hour whether waiting for load, mechanical etc

o During training drivers paid $20/Hr for 8-10 hours a day for five days

o Full benefits kick in after 30 dayus

• The start time is 10.00 and drivers can work a 12 hour shift. Truck must be parked at facility so only looking for drivers that live within 40 miles of zip code 43601

• Drivers run out of either the Toledo or North Baltimore rail facility with deliveries within 250 miles with deliveries possibly going to Cleveland, Columbus or Cincinnati market

• Automatics and manuals are available – please note that this is a slip seat operation

Requirements:

DRIVERS MUST LIVE WITHIN 40 MILES OF ZIP CODE 43601 AND HAVE THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION.

Drivers must have six months verifiable Class A driving experience. Please understand if part of that time is running as a team that will count toward you time.

Drivers have training for 3-5 days and are paid $225/Day

Requirements:

• No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years’

• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage) with no more than one highway accident during those three year

• Can not have reckless/careless, rear end or rollover in last three years

No job hoppers (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years) and can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test
