• Our drivers cover routes from the Richmond/Tidewater area up 95 to Philly, Scranton, Baltimore, Boston, and optional NYC (with extra pay).
• Starting base of $.63CPM, boosted to $.73CPM for Northeast deliveries, with an average length of haul at 406 miles.
• Earn additional bonuses: Drive 9000 miles in a month for an extra $.03CPM, 10,000 miles for $.06CPM, and 11,000 miles for $.09CPM.
• Top 10% of drivers average over $1925/week with bonuses, with the average driver earning $1300/week before bonuses.
• Home time is weekly, with potential mid-week visits depending on location.
• Riders allowed after 30 days, pets welcome after orientation.
• Drivers can bring cat or dog but must be under 50LBS and can not be on prohited breed list
• Drive modern Freightliner Cascadias, averaging just 3 years in age.

Requirements:

• No history of failing DOT drug or alcohol tests.
• Minimum one year Class A driving experience in the last three years (local experience counts if in the region) or 2 years in the last 5.
• Clean driving record: No more than one non-major moving violation in the last three years.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years, with only two incidents total, and only one in the last 12 months.
• Maximum of 4 jobs in the last three years.
