Anew Healthcare and Rehabilitation is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services to our residents. With a commitment to compassionate care and clinical excellence, we strive to enhance the quality of life for those we serve. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to join our in-house therapy team and lead our skilled and dedicated rehabilitation staff.

As the Director of Rehabilitation Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our rehabilitation department to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation services, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for promoting optimal patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team, including physical therapy staff, occupational therapy staff, and speech-language pathologists.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing rehabilitation services.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development among rehabilitation staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Oversee the assessment, documentation, and reporting of patient progress, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of rehabilitation services within the facility.

  • Current state licensure as a rehabilitation professional.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of rehabilitation professionals.
