MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse

We are a smaller facility (55 employees) looking for the last piece to fit our incredible team!

Our ideal candidate has:

• Skilled nursing background in a fast paced environment
• Experience with MDS Coding, Point Click Care
• A team work mindset! Understanding they are the MDS coordinator but ultimately part of the nursing management team
