Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
• Interacting and greeting customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Cleaning bar, washing glasses, and keeping lounge neat and clean at all times.
• Taking orders for hookah, food and liquor in a timely matter.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Up sale drinks and food

Qualifications:

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender. A minimum of 2 years as a bartender. Will except 1 year of bartending if you have 1 or more years as a server.
• MUST be prompt
• MUST be clean for work! Must have clean clothes, daily shower, and neat in appearance.
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
• High energy, pleasant personality and strong ability to successfully multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $6.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
