Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for customers and explain the work needed
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
- Experience in diesel engine repair, automotive sales, tire service, shocks struts, air brake, and transmission is highly desired
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for entering and retrieving information
- Valid driver's license
