Job Description:As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our agency's success, engaging with potential customers and helping them secure the right insurance coverage. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Conducting consultative sales discussions to understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the agency team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Utilizing sales tools and resources to effectively present insurance options and close sales.
- Managing and maintaining accurate customer records and policy information.
