Andy Frain Services is looking for a Security Agent to protect our premises and property in Louisville, KY. You will monitor and uphold a calm and safe experience for our guests and staff at The Brown Hotel. This position is a great combination of customer service and security, we look forward to finding the best candidate for the job!

Job Summary:

• Protects premises and property by monitoring premises for suspicious, unlawful or unsafe actions or conduct.
• Monitors property by inspecting premises for damage, defects, safety risks or other unacceptable conditions.
• Provides assistance to the owner or other agents of the owner as needed.
• Assist individuals with any directions or help that is requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Applicant must possess reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be willing to submit and pass a background screening.
• Strong customer service stills.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
