Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all entertainment and attractions.
- Uphold operational procedures, guest service standards, and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience.
- Lead, support, and develop the guest services team.
- Manage staffing, training, and hiring for respective departments.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and routine reporting.
- Delegate tasks and empower team members.
- Maximize in-center revenue.
- Conduct opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits.
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be 18 years of age.
- Minimum of one-year cash handling and customer service experience required.
- Excellent time management, communication, organization skills.

- Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments within the first 90 days of employment.
