Job Overview of Sanctuary Faculty Member

The Sanctuary Institute Faculty Member is responsible for planning, developing, monitoring and delivering training and consultation services to sites selected by the Senior Director of the Sanctuary Institute.

Essential Duties of Sanctuary Faculty Member

Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for customer organizations as identified

• Ensure customer agencies are on track with respect to implementation timelines
• Coordinate scheduling of all diagnostic visits
• Coordinate distribution of diagnostic reports
• Provide phone and on-site consultation in relation to contracted organizations
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate consortium calls
• Develop and execute booster trainings
• Coordinate data collection with contracted organizations

• Maintains orderly files and records with regard to tracking of service delivery.

• Documentation of contacts (phone, email and in-person) are entered into Salesforce database in a timely manner
• Complete expense reporting, including uploading and provision of receipts and documentation of expenses for all services

• Participate as needed in facilitating the Five Day trainings and special events
• Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of the Sanctuary Institute
• Supports overall strategic plan of the organization
• Ability to adhere to our organization's core values and commitments

Essential Qualifications of Sanctuary Faculty Member

Key qualifications include:

• Masters Degree required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with the Sanctuary Model.
• Minimum of one year training and group process experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technological background.
• Must have ability to travel.
• Valid Driver’s License and car.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, see, climb stairs, and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to access and utilize ADP app on smartphone or other device for access to agency programs

Physical/Travel Requirements of Sanctuary Faculty Member

Scheduled 9 AM -5 PM Monday through Friday. Flexibility is a must. Approximately 60% travel with 50% overnight travel. Technology package – cell phone with jet pack and laptop – included for telecommuting purposes. Position begins with four weeks’ vacation annually.
