Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Produce Clerk to join our team at a grocery store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Stock and maintain the produce section to ensure freshness and cleanliness
- Use an RF scanner to track inventory and manage stock levels
- Communicate with customers to promote sales and provide assistance
- Operate a forklift to move and organize produce shipments
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for better customer service

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a grocery store setting preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes of produce
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.50 per hour
