We are a growing manufacturing company in search of an above-average individual to fill the role of CNC Machine Operator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner

· Reads and interprets blue prints

· Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements

· Properly and safely replace inserts and materials onto machines

· Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment

· Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures

· Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions

· Perform first piece inspection on simple geometry

· Clear chips from parts during operation stops

· Identify part defects and alert supervisor

· Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and producing parts in accordance to prints

· Understand tolerancing

· Experience with gauges and measuring instruments

· Experience with ISO and safety procedures

· Self-motivated individual

EDUCATION:

High school education required; certificate or diploma in machine operation or relevant discipline a plus
