DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the operation of multiple manufacturing plants. This position will oversee strategies, initiatives, and support of manufacturing operations globally; and lead the process for selection, acquisition, and maintenance of manufacturing technologies and systems. The Director of Operations interfaces with senior management and technology heads across the company; participates in determining overall manufacturing strategies and insures growth and innovation across all sites.
