KeyResponsibilities :

• IndepthKnowledge : Demonstrate expertisein asphalt plant maintenance and processes including drum and batchplants. Similarly showcase proficiency in plant maintenance andprocesses encompassing dry and wet batchplants.
• PneumaticsSystems : Possess a solidunderstanding of pneumatics systems including familiarity with ramssolenoids and pneumaticsystems.
• MechanicalEngineering : Utilizecomprehensive mechanical engineering skills to perform tasks suchas changing and inspecting bearings rollers drums valves andgates.
• Hand ToolProficiency : Exhibit the abilityto proficiently use all hand tools associated with the plantindustry.
• WeldingSkills : Capable of MMA weldingin an onsite environment to ensure equipment maintenance andrepair.
• Inspection andReporting : Conduct thoroughplant inspections to identify defects and promptly report issuesusing online systems.
• TimeManagement : Prioritize workloadeffectively set timelines and demonstrate the ability to workwithin specifieddeadlines.
• Health andSafety Compliance : Create andadhere to Health & Safety documentation including riskassessments and method statements for all tasks undertaken ensuringstrict adherence to permitconditions.

DesirableQualifications andExperience :

• ConfinedSpace Working : Previousexperience in confined space working isadvantageous.
• First AidCertification : Possession of avalid First Aid certification ispreferred.

WorkingHours :

• Schedule : Work 12hour shifts with 12 consecutive days on dutyfollowed by 2 daysoff.
• Flexibility : Be fully flexible regarding working hours and weekendshifts due to the dynamic nature of therole.
