DescriptionPosition Purpose:
The Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet Charis' goals. S/he will lead and optimize marketing efforts for campaigns, and collaborate with the content team, website team, and project management to execute them. The ideal candidate will demonstrate tangible past marketing successes, especially within the realm of lead generation and sales funnels that convert.
Essential Duties:Research, develop, and communicate strategies for advertising and digital marketingPlan and assist with creative growth strategies for marketing database, email, social media, mobile apps, radio, TV, and display advertising campaignsCreates marketing strategies to launch and market new products, conferences, and eventsImplement direct marketing strategies to capture leads and guide them towards conversion, ensuring the sales funnel's effectivenessCoordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Google, and Websites) for CharisMeasure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals for ROI and KPIs to achieve sustainable growthIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insightsManage multiple projects and supervise collaboration between departmentsLiaison with third-party agencies and vendors for smooth implementation of strategies, acquire content; and enforce deadlinesForecast marketing trendsUse customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction and improve strategiesEstablish, maintain, and boost online brand recognitionOther tasks as neededQualifications
Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesExpert-level knowledge of mass e-mail delivery, sales funnels, tracking, SEO/SEM, social media channels, and e-commerceDeep understanding of direct marketing strategies and sales funnel creation and optimization.Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Monday.com, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, or other media editing softwareExcellent organization and project management skillsAdvanced understanding of Internet regulations and standards and updatesHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingAn ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlinesUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementAble to create/recommend digital content, blogs, podcasts, etc.Able to coordinate with ministry stakeholders and manage complex projects.Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferredMinimum of 3 years of supervisory management experience or leading a teamProject management experience is a plusCompensation is commensurate with experience
