Position Purpose:
The CRM Configuration Specialist role exists to design, build, and support student systems and processes, as well as assist in configuring and extending the Anthology suite of software (Reach, Raise, Encompass, Etc.), particularly via the Power Platform. The owner of this role will not only be instrumental in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the student information systems at Charis Bible College, but also critical in achieving organizational growth objectives, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall student, staff, and alumni experience. Through the delivery of the long-term vision of the CRM suite, and the development of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Power BI experience, the CRM Configuration Specialist will attain an enhanced skillset for the advancement of further endeavors in this market.

Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with a team to translate process documentation and requirements into system-build recommendations.
- Select from a suite of tools (including, but not limited to: Power Platform, Anthology, and Dynamics 365) to recommend, design, and build business process automations, forms, and data collection points at the direction of the CRM Product Manager.
- Ensure appropriate permissions of employees utilizing solutions based on the Power Platform, PowerApps, and Dynamics 365, and others.
- Understand complex data sets and identify the best methods philosophically and technologically for presentation and staff use.
- Design basic extensions to current databases, according to best practices, and work collaboratively with a team towards centralization, security, simplification, and unity of data collection, storage, and use.
- Monitor Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 roadmaps to understand new features and design possibilities.
- Serve as a consultant on how to best leverage technology to meet key business objectives through system design, process design, and how to gather appropriate measurements.
- Ensure all technical solutions are appropriately documented according to industry best practices.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for live systems.
- Contribute to high-level brainstorming, improvement, and discovery sessions.
- Research and learn new software and other solutions, as directed.
- Participate in weekly team meetings using the Maximum CEO model to assist the team in accomplishing department goals.
- Other tasks, as needed.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Software configuration and permission management.
- Designing proficiency in PowerApp forms and integrations.
- Leveraging Microsoft Power Automate to accomplish basic and advanced business processes.
- Willingness and ability to configure, administer, and extend Dynamics 365 within the Anthology CRM suite (Reach, Raise, Encompass, etc.).
- Competency in learning to design and build basic databases according to industry standards.
- Understanding of key SharePoint Online features; such assearch, shared metadata, site collections, permissions, and other core technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Effective time management, organization, accuracy, and administration with attention to detail.
- Self-management and autonomy with little supervision.
- Effective contribution as a team member, and as an individual supporter.
- Simultaneously handle multiple tasks and switch between tasks efficiently.
- Analytical, problem-solving, creative thinking, and strong designing skillset.
- Designing and maintaining low code/no code solutions.
- Competency in learning how to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Research, learn, and teach new software programs, as necessary, including those with complex UIs.
- Comprehensively work with PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and/or SharePoint Framework (SPFx), as a plus.
- Designing and maintaining code-based solutions is a plus.
Requirements:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- College degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- Dynamics 365 Certification is preferred.
- Charis Bible College graduate is preferred.
- Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
- 1-3 years working in a team-oriented, collaborative professional environment.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, specifically the Anthology suite of software (Reach, Raise, Encompass, Etc.) is a plus.
- Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQ & Azure SQL Database as a service is a plus.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint Online is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
