Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences
- as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Implement behavior management techniques for clients with challenging behaviors
- Ensure client safety and adhere to resident rights guidelines

Skills:
- Experience in meal preparation and understanding of dietary restrictions
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs
- Familiarity with social work principles and practices
- Understanding of home care and nursing home environments
- Experience in dementia care is a plus
- Strong caregiving skills, including empathy, patience, and compassion
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

I am a 42-year-old quadriplegic looking for a few caregivers to work evening and overnight shifts.
