Should be generally familiar with all aspects of arbor care work to include: operating all equipment safely and efficiently, correct minor tree pruning, safely removing climbs and branches, interfacing with customers on and as-needed basis and work in a safe manner while under the direction of the Arbor Care Climber Foreman.

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred, but not required
• Physically able to handle the workload and capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted
• Able to interact with team in a professional and courteous manner
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Able to follow instructions from supervising foreman and crew
• Able to meet company production standards
• Perform the debris clean up generated from arbor care work performed
• Ensure a safe work zone at all times
• Place safety cones and signs to ensure a safe work zone
• Safely adhere to all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor
• Assist in maintaining clean equipment and crew truck
• Professional interaction with clients and subcontractors
