This is a full-time position, Tuesday - Saturday.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcoming guests into the dealership and build relationships with other riders
• Follow a structured, value-based sales process
• Find the Harley-Davidson motorcycle which fits the customer's needs
• Effectively use a CRM system
• Follow up with customers via phone and email
• Prospect for sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals
• Participate in sales training and coaching
• Maintain an enthusiastic and pleasant attitude to complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

• Sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Positive, driven, and helpful characteristics
• Outgoing and energetic 'people person' that is self-motivated and goal driven
• Strong communication skills
• Contribute to the success of the team
• Understand and execute outstanding customer service
• A love for motorcycles
• Valid motorcycle license or willingness to attain license

Income

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
