We have a contract position with our Financial Client. This is a Hybrid role, based out of Richmond, VA or Mclean, VA, hybrid Tue-Thur Onsite.

• Will be working with a small team (3-4)
• Agency Finance SF instance with Commercial LOB. Will need to hit the ground running to help with enhancements and modifications
• Team is managing existing SF instance – “Underwriting” module supporting Loan Origination
• Users come and say we need this functionality or this data available
• Team also manages some Lambdas so if they have this experience it would be very helpful
• 70% development in Apex -2 years minimum with 5 years SF experience
• Would like to see someone who can work independently
• Some AWS knowledge would be very helpful as well as some devops exp. (S3, Lambdas and IAM roles) for when they push data to Snowflake and One Lake
• Overall SF experience should be 5-8 years.
• SF Developer experience, not an administrator
• Certifications are nice to have - really looking for solid development experience

Overview

• Serve as a trusted collaborator to our product and business stakeholders and work closely with them to design, define, and execute technology solutions on the Salesforce platform to solve business requirements and problems.
• Ability to design Salesforce solutions, as well as lead development and implementation of designed solutions on Salesforce platform in accordance with industry best practices.
• Mastery at intaking and deciphering complex business requirements and translating them into technical terms and specs for development team
• Adept at performing business analysis and problem solving and has ability to think through problems creatively
• Take end to end ownership and oversight of solution development: from requirements gathering and solution design, to development and implementation of proposed solutions on Salesforce.
• Have thorough understanding of optimized design patterns for Salesforce platform
• Proven ability to integrate disparate systems with Salesforce via RESTful APIs
• Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed during development of Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to be hands-on with coding on Salesforce platform.
