**Description**

**The Gig**&pizza Shift Leaders are our future Assistant Shop Leaders. In this role, the Shift Leader will learn all aspects of the business so he or she can become developed and ready to move on to the next step, Assistant Shop Leader. He or she will need to adhere to our high standards in food preparation, quality of product, employee teamwork and guest satisfaction to ensure &pizzas experience is always first in class.

**Requirements**

// Minimum of one year in a restaurant or retail environment. Experience in the Restaurant Industry, preferred.

// High School Degree a must; Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.

// Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.

// Follow &pizza operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all tribe members.

// As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must be trained and pass a Food Safety Certification course.

// Ability to comprehend and communicate in English via verbal and written communication, such that team members can perform their job responsibilities as required.

// Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.

// Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize and to organize.

// Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to select, develop, inspire and manage strong teams.

// Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

// Ability to delegate, follow-up and hold tribe members accountable.
