Job Summary

Anderson Security Agency is looking for an Unarmed Security Rover to work in the Scottsdale area.

The Access Control Rover will be primarily responsible for filling open hours at their home account, a high-end gated community in North Scottsdale. Duties include monitoring access to the community, checking in guests, vendors, deliveries, etc., and actively monitoring cameras throughout the site. Once the rover is familiar with the site, they will train at other local sites to ensure they get adequate hours throughout the week. The rover should expect to work full time hours in excess of 32 hours per week.

The Access Control Rover will help ensure the safety and security of various client accounts while providing white glove customer service to residents, clients, and any other members of the public they may encounter.

Unarmed Security Officer - Duties and Skills:

• Appropriately communicate with supervisors, peers, client associates, and the public professionally.
• Have a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures, site-specific post orders, duties, and client safety programs.
• Respond to incidents promptly, as directed by the Security Supervisors.
• Deploy your intermediate/advanced computer skills to utilize the proprietary software systems on-site.
• Provide exceptional customer service while displaying a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of the job to ensure safety and security for all on-site.
• Must self-manage and make ethical judgment decisions while carrying out your duties following company and client policies.
• Properly Handle sensitive information and material to ensure confidentiality.
• Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity in the performance of your duties.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime when required or in the event of an emergency.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Unarmed Security Guard Card for the state of Arizona
  • (Required, but we can help you get this!)
• 21 years of age or older - to operate a company vehicle (If needed).
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certified (We can help you get these!)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States legally.
• Submit to a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Possess the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• If military experience must be able to provide a copy of DD-214, Form 4.
