Job Summary: As a Warehouse Associate in the window and door industry, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving and shipping products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing orders for delivery. You will work closely with other members of the warehouse team to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.

• Receive and inspect incoming products and materials.
• Accurately record inventory data and stock products in designated areas.
• Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience in the window and door industry a plus,
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 60 lbs) on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
