Job Title: NetSuite Systems Manager

Anderson Frank is working with a growing wholesale distributor, serving clients across the United States. The ideal candidate has strong technical & functional knowledge of NetSuite financials, inventory, and WMS. The company is scaling their operations and this role will have the opportunity to work on several new projects, implementations, and be the subject matter expert for NetSuite.

Job Description:

As the NetSuite System Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system, particularly in relation to inventory management and wholesale operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the customization, configuration, and enhancement of NetSuite to meet the unique needs of our wholesale business.

Responsibilities:

System Administration:

- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite.

- Configure and maintain system preferences, settings, and customizations, with a focus on inventory management.

- Monitor system performance and address any technical issues in a timely manner.

Customization and Configuration:

- Customize NetSuite forms, fields, workflows, and reports to streamline inventory and order management processes.

- Develop and implement scripts (SuiteScript) to automate tasks and enhance system functionality.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions tailored to our wholesale operations.

Integration and Data Management:

- Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, particularly those related to inventory, purchasing, and sales.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data management practices.

- Lead data migration projects as needed, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality, focusing on inventory management best practices.

- Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

- Develop documentation and training materials to support user adoption and knowledge transfer.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay informed about NetSuite updates, features, and industry best practices, particularly as they relate to wholesale distribution.

- Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance system functionality to better support our business objectives.

- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in inventory management processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4 years of experience in NetSuite administration and configuration, preferably in a wholesale distribution environment.

- Strong understanding of NetSuite inventory management modules and related functionalities.

- Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder tools.

- Experience with NetSuite integrations and data migration techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- NetSuite certification(s) (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Developer) preferred.

- Familiarity with [specific industry] wholesale distribution practices and requirements is a plus.
