RESPONSIBILITIES OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS COUNTER: 

• Oversee the parts sales process, from customer inquiry to finding the part and customer invoicing
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock 
• Complete special order part requests as needed
• Communicate with customers on status of parts ordered and notify them upon delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned 
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner 
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures 
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Experience with auto parts preferred 
• People-focused and driven to provide great customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic 
• Proficient computer skills preferred
