POSITION: ELECTION SERVICES COORDINATOR

DEPARTMENT: REGISTRATION AND ELECTIONS

Responsibilities:

Performs such tasks as training, overseeing all Absentee Voting, conducting research, and election preparation duties. Providing public assistance, registering voters, processing applications, performing data entry, and maintaining records.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Must be able to work 37.50 hours per week, 8:30am – 5:00 pm Monday- Friday. Overtime and weekend hours during election cycles. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Four (4) years of office experience or course study in computers/ office practices and prefer anyone with previous election experience, such as but not limited to: Voter Registration and Election Management System, knowledge of absentee and early voting services and procedures as established by law and regulations; plan, organize, recruit, and execute said services to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all registration and election activities.
