The Role

Experienced Associates with the Corporate Tax Team serve on various engagement teams that work with a diverse client base, ranging from multi-national corporations to early stage startups.

Experienced Associates can expect to:

• Engage in the consulting, compliance, and research processes;
• Prepare Tax Returns and ASC 740 Provisions; and
• Receive formal corporate tax training, on the job training, direct feedback from top tax leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources.

The Requirements

• 1 year of relevant tax experience
• Bachelor’s and/or relevant advanced degree (MAcc, MST, JD);
  • Accounting, Finance, Economics or related (Preferred).
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities;
• Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
• Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communication; and
• Proficient use of technology.
