Andersen Corporation/Renewal by Andersen is Hiring an Events Manager - Quad Cities Near Davenport, IA

YOUR ROLE:

Join our Renewal by Andersen team! Renewal by Andersen is a premier replacement window and door company that has an immediate opening for our Event Manager. This is a full-time position with growth potential! A successful candidate for this position would focus primarily on Non-traditional program analysis, data input, leadership and assisting in any way to a non-traditional department as a whole.

OUR CULTURE:

Renewal by Andersen of Quad Cities are the local affiliates of Renewal by Andersen. Based out of Davenport, IA, our exclusive territory includes cities and surrounding towns in the Quad Cities area.

RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:

- Planning and organizing events, RSVPs, retail and home shows, coordinating with each individual external vendor and their needs.

- Organizing contracts and making their payments according to the payment agreement are sent on time and where needed. They may also negotiate pricing and included services for any of the non-traditional programs, all while maintaining budget.

- Report and tracking on non-traditional performance and KPI's with the Marketing team on a frequent, consistent basis, with accurate and profound understanding of benchmarks.

- To develop and advance strategy in non-media lead generation (Events, Retail, Home shows, RSVP, Sweepstakes) Facilitate best practice sharing across the network. Create and implement strategies to modify nationwide programs to local market conditions.

-Ongoing training and development of the Non-Traditional team. Hosting training sessions, doing monthly drop-ins, building connections with the agents all while building their skillsets on methodology, rebuttals and the end goal of setting quality appointments.

- Be accountable for the optimized end-to-end experience. Own branding, scripting, customer experience, and team performance in all areas of non-traditional marketing. Be knowledgeable in other aspects of the company-owned retail operation (including in-home selling, installation, operations, and customer service) to fully understand how non-media marketing can impact the customer experience.

- Develop new opportunities and national retail partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive

- 1 - 3 years related experience and/or training

- Experience achieving goals while being self-motivated

- Proven ability to successfully work in a fast paced environment, where accuracy is essential

- Strong communication skills with an attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Must be highly dependable and have a strong work ethic

- Financial knowledge, decision making, customer orientation, tolerance of ambiguity, result driven, provides performance feedback, energizing others.
