"Requirements:
Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Manager, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Assess the health status of residents, including vital signs, skin integrity, nutritional status, and cognitive function, and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team, to address their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

Certification:
1 years experience BLS NY license 40 bed unit Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care EMR: Point Click Care
