The IT Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential. 

This position will require the ability to multitask among several duties including but not limited to prioritizing incoming service requests, troubleshooting various hardware/software issues, installation of new hardware, and documentation of completed work in a ticketing system. The candidate will work collaboratively with other members of the IT team to ensure tickets are being resolved within acceptable timelines. 

What You’ll Do:

• Triage incoming tickets and being the first contact for request
• Assist with IT request and project support activities as needed
• Scheduling and coordination of tickets
• Champion Conference Room technology including Audio/Video Conferencing
• Respond to incoming requests promptly and courteously.
• Prioritize requests according to criticality.
• Identify timely and accurate solutions to technical issues.
• Provide initial help desk support (both remote and on-site) include hardware, software, and office equipment.
• Document all support activities in ticket tracking database.
• Inventory management of technology assets.
• Assist with Employee account maintenance
• Deployment of equipment
• Create and update documentation

Your Qualifications:

• High School degree required, technical or college degree preferred
• Technology certifications a plus
• Previous IT experience preferred
