This position is completely remote without residency restriction.

• Monday through Friday
• 7/8am- 5/6pm CST (Shift time is flexible the time zone is not)
• Equipment provided for assignment

Job Description;

Digital Communications Automation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital content through Salesforce Marketing cloud or similar communications platform within the member engagement and communications team. Update and manage the cross functional communications calendar and project work log to ensure all deployments are executed on time and tracked accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

• Salesforce Marketing Certificate would be preferred but is not required

• 4 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar automation system experience required

• Knowledge of HTML and modern programming language

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Mobile Commons
