Anchor fabrication has an immediate opening for highly motivated General Laborers with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of the department lead or supervisor to assist with daily operations.
• Follow instructions during operation process.
• Responsible for continually maintaining a clean working environment.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

• Must be able to read and understand measuring devices, i.e. a tape measure
• Must be able to operate a grinder. (general Labor)
• Experience with high power tools (i.e. impacts, wrenches, etc.) (General Labor)
• Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing industry preferred.
• Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance.

Environment/Physical Requirements

This position is carried out in a fabrication shop environment and as such has the following physical work requirements:

• Must be able to lift 100lbs.
• Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping. 
• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals.
