We are currently recruiting for the position of Vacation Rental Property Manager.
As a Vacation Rental Property Manager, you will be accountable for the ultimate presentation of your portfolio of properties. First impressions and guest experience in this industry are of the highest priority.
The successful candidate should expect to be responsible for:
Interior property presentation which includes but is not limited to:
Perform documented inspections during each walkthrough to communicate property conditions to the Director of Vacation Rentals while making recommendations for repairs and/or improvements that can be shared with owners
Exterior property presentation
Basic light interior/exterior maintenance
Guest satisfaction
Occasional housekeeping duties
Work order management
