Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs from concept through execution for new residential projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction managers and engineers, to ensure seamless integration of design and construction.
• Participate in all phases of the architectural process, including planning, designing, and reviewing.
• Ensure all architectural designs meet client requirements as well as local zoning laws and building codes.
• Lead project meetings and provide design direction and support to ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget.
• Utilize sustainable design principles to enhance environmental performance of projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals using high-level drawing and modeling software.
• Oversee the architectural aspects of construction and coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Valid architect’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential architecture, with a preference for candidates with design-build or IPD experience.
• Proficiency in architectural software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM systems.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and experience with project management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative IPD environment.
• Commitment to staying informed on new technologies and industry trends.
