Mold Press Operators-3rd shift

$23.19/hr. $1.50 shift differential

Full-time benefits $1,000 sign-on bonus potential for advancement

• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (can move to 2nd or 1st shift internally, per availability)

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and speak English Fluently
• Must be able to lift 50lbs repetitively and be used to fast-paced physical labor
• Must be able to sustain hot temps and dusty environments
• Must pass drug and background check

The Mold Press Operator will be responsible for producing brake shoes

Job Description:

The Mold Press Operator will be responsible to produce brake shoes to meet minimum requirements for production and quality. Operator is required to document production output by completing production forms and maintain schedule supporting housekeeping preventive maintenance. Operator is responsible for keeping work area clean, organized, and safe.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to tolerate conditions of elevated temperature, dust, and draft.
• Must stand throughout shift with continuous movement.
• Must be able to tolerate lifting from the waist up of up to 30 LBS.
• Must tolerate strenuous hammering while standing.
• Must tolerate strenuous pushing, pulling, and grasping with both hands
• Must be able to identify quality and safety issues at work regarding the product or equipment.
