Job Title: Registered Nurse Med-surg AdultJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med-surg Adult team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medication, and monitoring vital signs. The Registered Nurse will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans2. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians3. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormal findings4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care for patients5. Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventative care measures6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records7. Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers8.
