The Registered Nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient and effective care to patients in crisis situations.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Assessing and triaging patients upon arrival in the Emergency Department2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians3. Monitoring patients' vital signs and providing necessary interventions4. Facilitating communication between patients and their families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals5. Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans6. Educating patients on their conditions and treatment plans7. Ensuring patient safety and advocating for their needs8. Documenting patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner9.
