Preparing operating rooms for surgeries and ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.2. Monitoring patient recovery post-surgery and providing appropriate care and medication.4. Educating patients and their families on post-operative care instructions.5. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.6. Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment.7. Participating in continuous training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technology.Qualifications and Skills:1. Valid RN license in the state of employment.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.3. BLS and ACLS certifications.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.6. Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.7. Knowledge of surgical procedures and equipment.8.
